I am grateful for:

• The love, kindness and generosity of my family and friends
• My Craig, who has been by my side for so long
• Sleep
• For my strong and healthy human body
• Books
• For the memories of my mother
• My life and all the adventures I have taken
• True Nature
• Wildness in all it's forms
• Quiet places
  
• Wood for fires that keep me warm
• Food that nourishes me
• That I have a bike to ride
• A home to shelter me and a warm bed to sleep in
• Music
• Laughter
• The SUN
• Dreary days that make me slow down

My I/Shattered

Shattered patterns. Faded colors.

Riding some, running some, getting into winter mode.
Damaged my truck in a small collision, don't know what's what with her yet, I hope they fix her back up for me.

I'm carrying my little point and shoot with me everywhere these days, looking, seeing, getting inspired. This practice has become my studio of sorts lately as my physical studio is non-existent at this time.

Patterns, color, symbols are everywhere..this seems like an ancient symbol to me painted on the street by chance. Sun wheel spinning, constellations turning, center point holding, we come and go, hurtling through space we enjoy the ride.

Pause...

Pause...

Saturday we headed to Salida..intentions set..

Craig settled into the river, the fish, his pause, his time..

I headed for the trails above Salida..my pause, my time to uncoil.

Came down through rocks, ridges and mindful moves into flowy, fast durt

Moving back and forth through the liquid gold sunshine.

An odd moment with a stranger that turned magikal in the end

Offering made, excepted and left to settle in the durt..

Pause, renew then forward.
I love this town, this area, could BE here, maybe some day.
